AOM and Sterling have absolutely changed my life and mindset in the best ways possible!! For me, manifesting used to solely focus on the future, resulting in me spending all my time thinking about the future. Through AOM, I have completely transformed my mindset to focusing on the present and it has made my awareness, gratitude, and manifestations come to fruition even quicker.
I also used to feel extremely attached to outcomes and thought I had to control every step of getting where I want, when actually, manifesting is really about letting go of control! It was a huge shift from what I was used to, but it is worth every “growing pain” of change to have the mindset I do now. Not to mention, the ample amount of unnecessary stress I used to put on myself has gone away!
My manifestations are happening every single day and are apart of me now. Learning about how crucial it is to remain truly authentic always, has been a game changer for me. Outside voices/opinions, judgements, and assumptions are no longer even in my vocabulary both from others and from myself.
I now deal with situations so much easier and even if I start to feel like I’m about to feel sad, mad, etc. I always come back to remaining authentic and it takes away all of that unnecessary negative energy. I truly am so grateful everyday for AOM and Sterling. I cannot even imagine going to back to my old mindset.
