Sterling has gathered over 20 years of extraordinary experience in the fields of manifestation, life coaching, and psychology. She formally studied psychology. Between 1998-2003, she studied advanced personal development in Existentialism and has intently studied the works of Dr. Wayne Dyer, Eckhart Tolle, Deepak Chopra, Paramahansa Yogananda, Bob Proctor, Buddhism, Alan Watts, Neale Donald Walsh, and many, many others.
In 1998 she began to develop her unique Art of Manifestation – The AOM System™ resulting in an air-tight, whole, and complete practice that encompasses all you will ever need to know about mastering the manifestation process quickly, easily, and powerfully. In 2013 she founded Get Your Life Now providing a number of empowering services for all.
Sterling’s esteemed clients include Google, People Magazine, E! Entertainment, OK! Magazine, InStyle Magazine, Entertainment Weekly, A-list Celebrity clientele, Hyatt and Hilton Hotels, The Lifetime Channel, The Beverly Wilshire Hotel, amongst many others.
